How often have windows (home) needs to be replaced in Ontario, Canada??
I'm interrested in buying a home. Windows seems to be in good shape, but as I am not an expert …. They were replaced in 1999, and wondered when approx. need to be replaced? Thanks!
Windows will last for decades, if they are in good condition. Look around the window casings inside and outside the house. If they are like they need putty, then do it. If you have double or triple glazed windows, you want to find in their own window to see that there is moisture inside or dew. A window glazing single glass has an R-value of 1.0. Doubles are 2.3 (for the gas between the crystals). I forget what is tripled, but is a little further. After a leak of the windows will be less efficient, but not less than 1, 2 or 3. While the windows are in good shape and staying there is no reason that can not be up there for the next 50 years.

Where is all this debt come from?
The increasing burden of household debt Canada has been widely reported. According to Statistics Canada, the average debt of Canadian households has increased by 38% between 1999 and 2005.
Much of this increase is attributed to higher costs raised for the purchase of a house and need a mortgage. But there are other costs involved. Line of credit debt doubled during the same period six years, while loans for vehicles has increased by over 40% and credit card debt increased 58%.
Households are usually cut funds to finance part of its debt, a trend that worries some economists. No economy based a heavy debt and an increase in interest rates could be devastating. Refinancing Home Mortgage can help you?
Home mortgage refinancing is not for everyone, but for many people can make sense.
With the refinancing of mortgages, who pay their existing mortgages to switch to one with a lower rate. refinancing with cash out, you can borrow more what you currently owe on your mortgage, you a little money for other expenses such as debts, renovate your home, or college enrollment.
There are costs related to refinancing of mortgages so you should evaluate carefully before deciding refinancing. Prices are the same as you paid for your original mortgage. Under the terms of your mortgage in the first place, there may have fees for early payment.
Is mortgage refinancing a good strategy? Much depends on interest rates, both current rates market and prices on the debt you have. Refinancing can be a good decision if you want:
• Save money on your loan mortgage. If your main concern is to reduce their monthly mortgage payments, refinancing may be an option, depending on your situation. If you have decided to spend over the next 2-3 years, the mortgage would not be prudent – you move before any savings rate lower. If you plan to stay, to find a gap of at least 2% between your current mortgage interest rates and the rate of the market. Normally, the difference in anything less than 2% will not save time. Refinancing to switch between fixed and floating rate may save you money.
• Pay off your mortgage faster. Modifying a mortgage long term short term you can pay more than the principal.
• Consolidate your debts. refinancing cash can provide a loan at an interest rate much lower than rates charged on outstanding debts. You can pay your debts and save a significant amount of interest.

Do your thing, like a tax on the tires in the United States make a Canada?
I'm looking to buy a tire in the south, and I'm from Ontario, Canada. I understand that I can buy up to $ 750 worth of goods this week to stay im. I wonder if I'm going to be paying more for the achievement of tire across the border to return home with a total value of $ 185.
I do not think, but you never know. The tire tax is used by almost all the provinces to pay for the disposal of tires at plants in appropriate treatment once it has been done. Charged when you buy a new tire in a Canadian retail institution. I think it is not viewed by federal customs officials.
