I have a credit account 495 and just had a recent divorce and still living with my husband. I am with him to save money and want to get my own house and does not seem possible because of my credit score. I have books and one is too recent. Are there any lenders out there who would be able to help? I know this much, but I'm in the process of working on repairing my credit by paying car and credit cards on time and open new accounts. I want to buy a foreclosure and have very good deals in Michigan the area I know I'm there fees associated with a high credit score as mines. That's no big deal if I get a good deal on a house and I have a plan of action for my credit card and refinance in a year or less. Please only serious question and some advice on this type of situation. Thanks!
