I live in Texas and bought a house for 19 months with an interest of 6.0 per 30 years and almost no down payment. I have a credit score Oustanding 730 or less. When is a good time to refinance?

If it is a loan fixed rate and has no capital, now is probably a bad time. You will not save enough to justify all expenses. I would suggest trying to pay more to get rid IMP, if you have to pay.

You need to obtain quotations rate plus a bank holding company or a mortgage. What we said in the southern Michigan, does not help us. We have no idea what kind of person who would be offered. Only a bank or mortgage company can do.
