Where can I get the best deal on a mortgage?

My income is not large, but excellent credit and pay 20% Down. I was "pre-approved", but I want the best deal, and I was wondering if anyone had an amazing referral somplace of that I missed. I looked in Ditech, Éloane, Wells Fargo, and a local broker, and will contact ING Direct too. Any other suggestions banks, online lenders, etc. would be wonderful, but preferably not individual brokers at this time. I'm just trying to get the best prices with the pennies I earn, I'll be financially happy when I move into my new house. Thank you!

Everything depends on wht you mean by "better treatment". Do you mean higher interest rates, closing costs are the lowest, best service, loan officer most ethical? The best deal for you may not be the best deal for someone else and vice versa. Quit buying the wrong thing and find someone with whom you can develop a relationship of the house throughout the property, someone who will take care of our for your interests, learn about all options so that you can choose the one that best meets your needs and helps you achieve your goals. And for heaven's sake, be enough wise to stay away from the loan shark feeding frenzy questions like yours draw.
