credit.Im line wonder if I should only refinance mortgage? mortgage and home equity together? I have an interest rate of 8.25 in the first mortgage, 7.20 in the capital, which was looking at a more option.Also financing took the equity to fix or remodel some of the house, if I can add you to refinance I will not use the money to make much needed repairs,,, any help

With only 8 years to go (not the original term specified) the amount of interest you're paying on the first is probably fairly low.
