I recently developed a service agreement for a mortgage loan specialist, how much I charge for that document?

This is an agreement to use software, related to loan modifications, etc. How I can charge for a paper like that? I join a licensed attorney.

I'm surprised that a lawyer does not know what to charge. I'd go with your hourly rate, unless it seems too much, then I would charge what is reasonable for your area.

No sound professional to me. I know the company of many people who hire "specialists" but what they really mean is a seller does not know whereof they speak, because they use scripts and lines do not know how to deviate from this script.
