How can anyone afford to waste this $ 250,000.00 for new homes and have a normal job?

Over the last 3 years, I searched in the homes of dozens of sale (probably over 100) and many of these households that consider "Old House" (like a used car), but People are buying temperature NEW HOUSE prices. Are forcing prices. These people should live in the plastic cards and are in debt like a madman. The mortgages are a scam. In fact, if you look at the amount of interest you pay ..
